These are products and tools that I use everyday as a professional groomer. If you’ve ever asked me “what brush should I use?” or “what shampoo do you recommend?”- this page is for you. These are my go-to products- chosen with comfort, safety, and real life results in mind.

CHRIS CHRISTENSEN CORAL SLICKER

My go-to for safely working through tangles without damaging the coat.

Best for: doodle, long coats, between groom brush outs.

My every dog comb. The wider parts for all combing. The smaller side for faces.

Best for: Every thing! (Remember a comb is NOT for pulling out mats!)

MIRACLE CARE SLICKER LRG/SML

I use this brush on 99% of the dogs I do. It truly is a miracle brush! And a great price.

Best for: all dogs. Large brush for body areas. Small size for ears & face.

When you need that teased, fully look. “The higher the hair, the closer to heaven”. This achieves a big fluff.

Best for: bichon, doddle heads, poodle top knots

TINY POINT LARGE SLICKER

Long gentle bristle slicker for silkier coats 1 inch or longer.

Best for: long soft coats (Poms, spaniel ears, long Yorkies)

Blender or Thinners help soften your edges for a more natural finish. Can also be useful to thin out bulk or mats that are not to the skin.

Groomers never want to hit the quicks. But it does happen on occasion. This stops the bleed asap.

MARS COAT KING 23 BLADE RAKE

I use this Mars rake out compact double coats first, then follow with a finer rake if needed.

Best for: Huskies, and all double coats

Lil Pals De-Matter for puppies is the ONLY TOOL I USE FOR DEMATTING! It is small enough for tight spots and gentle enough on big mats.

I use the Wahl Arco Mini for my smallest pup and the little babies paw pads and sanis. They are quiet and small enough that most pups don’t even notice what’s happening..

Best for: tiny lil babies. Not strong enough for thick hair or large paws.

GROOM EXTRAS

ENZYMATIC TOOTHPASTE

I used a teeth cleaning wipe, apply the paste and use my finger to really get inter and apply on all teeth. The enzymatic component is important in choosing toothpastes.

PAW & NOSE BALMS

A little goes along way but this stuff works. I use it as a preventative care. Your dog will love the taste and try to lick it off. I do it at the end go the groom so it doesn’t track around the room.

Best for: dry cracked paws and noses.

HAMMOCK HARNESS

I use this to do the nails on my own chihuahuas and it's necessary. It’s for this tiny wigglers with little tender legs. It’s a life saver and a much more calming nail experience for them .

Best for: small dogs(yorkies, Chi’s etc.).

FLEA & EYE COMBS

I use this mainly in the tub. I soften those eye crusts and then gently use a flea comb to pull them away.

Best for: eye crusts and flea issues
